This page describes what CensusLift collects through this website. It does not cover client engagements, which are governed by the relevant agreement.
What we collect
Only what you enter in the contact form: your name, email address, phone number, your center’s name and website, its primary level of care, a revenue range, and what you tell us about your current constraint.
Why we collect it
To respond to your request and to prepare the work you asked for. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with other treatment centers.
How to remove it
Email kareem@censuslift.com and we will delete your information.
